10 Must Have Essential Oils For Parents

Essential oils have been used for centuries due to their awesome healing properties. These oils are beneficial to the whole family and can treat various internal and external health issues.  Ideally, these oils should be in your Holistic medicine cupboard, if not …then now is the time to top it up.

1. Lavender Oil

10. Lemongrass Oil

Word of  caution do not use these oils neat on children mix them with a carrier oil like coconut oil or almond oil, alternatively theses amazing oils can be used in a diffuser mixed with water.
